Returns Policy for Bookstores
(Applicable only to bookstores in the United States and Canada)
- Prior return authorization is no longer required.
- Returns must be sent to the following address:

- Returns sent to any address, other than the above, will be refused at the sender's expense.
- Please include Account Number and/or Invoice Number, if possible.
- Books returned in non-saleable condition will receive ½ credit.
- Books must be returned within 180 days of being declared out of print.
- Credit must be issued in our system prior to the deduction being made against your payment. (*With Immediate Effect*)
